The SENSA® Programme
SENSA® is a structured practitioner training and implementation programme designed to build internal capability for neuro-inclusive work design.
Delivered through a defined cohort model, the programme equips organisations to apply consistent, repeatable inclusion practice across everyday systems and managerial decision-making.
Programme Overview
The SENSA® Practitioner Programme develops internal practitioners who can identify organisational friction and apply a structured framework to improve consistency in workplace inclusion.
Rather than focusing on awareness alone, the programme supports practical, embedded implementation across culture, process, and operational design.
Delivery Model
SENSA® is delivered through a structured cohort-based model designed to support shared understanding and consistent organisational application.
Cohort-Based Learning
Delivered to cross-functional internal cohorts to encourage shared interpretation and organisational alignment.
- 5–12 practitioners per cohort
- Minimum 3 by exception
- Cross-functional participation encouraged
The cohort model supports discussion, alignment, and consistent internal application.
Programme Structure
- 8 structured modules
- 3 hours per module
- Weekly or fortnightly delivery
- Structured discussion and applied thinking
Delivery schedules are agreed in advance to maintain momentum and implementation focus.
SENSA® is CPD-accredited. Participants complete 25 hours of recognised professional learning, including structured module delivery and written assessment.
Licensing & Ongoing Implementation
Following programme completion, organisations hold an annual SENSA® licence enabling continued internal use of programme materials and frameworks.
Licensing supports sustained implementation and internal capability — ensuring that the framework becomes embedded practice rather than a one-off intervention.
The purpose is long-term organisational consistency, not ongoing reliance on external consultancy.
Designed for Organisational Scale
SENSA® is best suited to mid-to-large organisations where inclusion must be applied consistently across multiple teams, sites, or managerial layers.
The programme supports organisations seeking:
Structured internal capability
Governance-aligned practice
Consistency in managerial decision-making
System-level implementation beyond awareness training
