Alongside our flagship SENSA Neuro-Inclusion Programme, Cognivance offers a range of specialist services to support an inclusive workplace culture. From tailored training to 1:1 coaching, each offering is designed to create practical, measurable impact — and can be delivered as a standalone or as a complement to SENSA.

Programmes & Trainings

  • A half-day version of our core SENSA programme, tailored for executives, senior managers, and team leads. Covers the essential principles of neuro-inclusion, leadership behaviours, and legal responsibilities — without requiring full Train-the-Trainer participation.

  • Accredited MHFA training led by an experienced facilitator of 10+ years. Empowers staff to recognise signs of mental health challenges, approach difficult conversations confidently, and signpost to appropriate support.

  • Two-day Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) for staff across all levels. Equips participants with life-saving skills to identify, respond to, and support people at risk of suicide — building a culture of safety and compassion.

  • Strengths-based coaching for individuals or teams, focused on improving focus, productivity, and emotional regulation. Tailored strategies are delivered by coaches with real-world and lived experience.

  • Compassionate, goal-oriented coaching designed with an understanding of how trauma impacts behaviour and performance. Builds psychological safety and resilience without re-traumatisation.

  • Practical, inclusive training for leaders who want to lead with empathy, self-awareness, and impact. Supports better team dynamics and more confident, inclusive decision-making.

Consultancy & Inclusive Strategy

  • Deep strategic support to help your organisation assess, build, and embed inclusive practices. Our process includes audits, tailored strategy development, KPIs, and implementation support — guided by expertise in neurodiversity and equity.
