SENSA builds internal expertise — and lasting cultural change.


SENSA is delivered through a train-the-trainer model that builds internal capacity, not external reliance. Your chosen team members become certified Neuro-Inclusion Champions equipped to roll out SENSA across the organisation — with guidance, structure, and long-term impact.

Rollout Phases:

  • Choose some respected internal team members from across your organisation to become SENSA Champions. These individuals should be great communicators with the trust of their peers and a commitment to inclusive culture. We'll support you in identifying the right people and getting them ready for the journey ahead.

  • Your selected champions undergo in-depth training delivered live (virtually or in person) by the SENSA team. Over eight modules, they’ll learn the full SENSA framework — from neurodivergence fundamentals to leadership and coaching. This phase also includes facilitation skills and confidence-building so they’re fully equipped to deliver SENSA in-house.

  • With SENSA’s support, your champions deliver their first round of training to a smaller, targeted group within your organisation. This phase is a safe space to apply what they've learned, test the material, and receive feedback — all while being mentored by SENSA experts. Adjustments and refinements are made here before a full-scale rollout.

  • Once the pilot is complete, your champions take the lead in rolling out SENSA across the wider organisation. With full access to SENSA’s licensed toolkits and optional ongoing supervision, they’ll embed neuro-inclusion into culture, policy, and practice — delivering consistent, internal impact long after the training phase ends.
