SENSA®

SENSA® builds internal expertise — and lasting cultural change.

SENSA® is delivered through a train-the-trainer model that builds internal expertise, not external dependence.
Your selected team members become licensed SENSA® Practitioners with the capability to apply the method, diagnose friction and embed neuro-inclusive practice across the organisation — supported by a clear framework, structured resources and sustained guidance.

Rollout Phases:

  • Select respected team members from across the organisation to train as licensed SENSA Practitioners. These individuals should have strong communication skills, sound judgement and the trust of their peers — people who can hold boundaries, notice friction and influence culture.
We support you in identifying the right practitioners and preparing them for the responsibility of applying the SENSA method with confidence and integrity.

  • Your selected practitioners complete in-depth, live training — delivered virtually or in person by the SENSA team.
Across eight structured modules, they learn the full SENSA framework, including neurodivergent experience, system friction, workflow redesign, culture shaping, coaching and trauma-informed practice.
This phase also builds facilitation skill, diagnostic accuracy and practitioner confidence, ensuring they are fully equipped to deliver SENSA with fidelity inside your organisation.

  • With SENSA’s guidance, your licensed practitioners deliver an initial pilot to a small, selected cohort. This phase provides a controlled environment to apply the method, practise facilitation, and test the material with real organisational contexts.
Throughout the pilot, practitioners receive structured supervision and feedback from SENSA experts to ensure accuracy, confidence and method fidelity. Any refinements are made at this stage before full organisational rollout.

  • Once the pilot phase is complete, your licensed SENSA Practitioners lead the full organisational rollout. Using SENSA’s licensed toolkits — and with optional ongoing supervision — they train a wider cohort of internal champions who support delivery, reinforce culture cues and help maintain fidelity across teams.
Together, practitioners and champions embed neuro-inclusive practice into culture, processes and everyday routines, creating consistent, organisation-wide impact long after formal training ends.

  • Ongoing supervision supports practitioners to maintain method fidelity, psychological safety and clear boundaries as they continue delivering SENSA across the organisation. This supervision is provided in partnership with BCAP-qualified professionals, ensuring practitioners are supported by accredited expertise and a trauma-informed, ethically grounded framework.
