About S E N S A™

Shaped by lived experience and clinical insight, SENSA™ is redefining workplace inclusion.

Developed by Cognivance in partnership with Harley Row Clinic, SENSA™ combines strategic inclusion expertise with psychological depth. Grounded in real-world understanding of neurodivergence, the programme trains internal champions to create lasting cultural change — embedding inclusive practices across recruitment, onboarding, development, leadership, and beyond. It’s not just a training — it’s a shift in how organisations think, lead, and support their people.

An older woman instructs two young adults as they work together at a table in a bright office, with a laptop, notebooks, and pens.

SENSA™

SENSA started with one powerful question: what if workplaces had their own SENCOs?

In schools, SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinators) ensure students with additional needs receive the right support to thrive. SENSA applies this same principle to the workplace — creating internal champions who are trained to recognise, respond to, and remove barriers for neurodivergent colleagues. Rather than relying on external fixes or one-off training, SENSA embeds long-term, proactive inclusion into the heart of company culture — transforming policy, practice, and everyday experience from the inside out.
