The SENSA® Programme

SENSA® is delivered through a flexible, blended model that fits the pace of busy organisations while building real, system-level capability.

The programme combines live, expert-led workshops with thoughtfully designed self-paced modules, with CPD accreditation currently underway. Participants gain lifetime access to an evolving library of resources, templates, and toolkits — ensuring the learning continues to shape practice long after the formal programme is complete.

SENSA®

Practical, focused training — designed to reshape everyday work, not just awareness.

The SENSA® Programme is delivered as a complete eight-module curriculum, with each session addressing a core component of system-level neuro-inclusion.
Every module examines how different minds experience work, where friction is created by systems and routines, and how predictable, supportive environments can be intentionally designed.

Across the full programme, participants develop the capability to read culture cues, redesign high-friction processes, create sustainable adjustment practice, and strengthen manager and organisational confidence.
Grounded in lived experience, psychological insight and real workplace realities, the eight modules build licensed SENSA® Practitioners who can reduce friction and embed lasting organisational change.

What is SENSA®
  • How different minds experience work, why behaviour is shaped by systems, and where early friction signals appear. Establishes shared language, safety and a non-pathologising lens

  • The Equality Act viewed through a system lens. Explores duty, disadvantage and the organisational risks created when exclusion, friction and inconsistent practice go unaddressed.

  • This module introduces trauma-informed practice and explores how stress, masking and cultural norms create invisible load in everyday work. Participants learn how emotional pressure accumulates within systems, how behaviour is shaped by safety cues, and how to design routines and interactions that reduce load and support wellbeing.

  • Practical redesign of high-friction tasks and routines using PPP, edge-led design and the Masking Cost Model. Teaches how to create workflows that reduce load, improve clarity and support predictable ways of working.

  • How leadership decisions, tone and habits influence culture, clarity, pace and psychological safety. Builds leaders who understand their systemic impact and who can shape predictable, inclusive environments.

  • Explores the wider systems around a worker — including family, carers and interdependence — and how these shape stress, load and performance. Supports teams to design work with these realities in mind.

  • Trauma-aware, culturally competent and edge-led communication skills that reduce pressure, support safety and make difficult conversations more predictable.

  • Participants apply the full SENSA method to a real organisational barrier — integrating PPP, Culture Control Plane, Masking Cost Model and edge-led redesign. Demonstrates system-level competence and method fidelity.
