SENSA™ is delivered through a flexible, blended model designed to meet the needs of busy organisations.

The programme includes live interactive workshops and self-paced online learning, with CPD accreditation in progress. All digital materials are SCORM-compatible for easy integration into your existing Learning Management System (LMS). Participants receive lifetime access to updated resources, templates, and toolkits — ensuring ongoing impact long after training is complete.

SENSA™

The SENSA™ Programme is made up of eight modular training sessions, each designed to address a critical aspect of neuro-inclusion. From deepening understanding of neurodivergent conditions to supporting managers, designing personalised adjustments, and embedding inclusive practice across the employee lifecycle, every module is grounded in lived experience, clinical insight, and workplace reality. Whether delivered in sequence or adapted to your organisation’s needs, these modules offer a clear, structured path to building confident internal champions who can create meaningful, lasting change.

  • Builds a shared foundation by exploring ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and more — including executive function, sensory needs, and communication differences.

  • Unpacks the legal, business, and human value of neuro-inclusion while introducing inclusive language and practical conversation techniques.

  • Covers inclusive recruitment, onboarding, progression, and exit — highlighting barriers and real-world solutions at every stage.

  • Provides tools to co-design effective, sustainable adjustments and explains how to navigate the UK’s Access to Work scheme.

  • Gives managers practical strategies to support neurodivergent staff and helps SENSA champions embed long-term cultural change.

  • Introduces strengths-based coaching and psychological safety as tools to reduce stress, build trust, and boost retention.

  • Recognises the pressures facing carers and offers guidance to support work-life balance, loyalty, and wellbeing.

  • Clarifies the responsibilities of a SENSA champion and shows how to influence policy, practice, and culture across the organisation.
